Aflac is offering current and soon to be San Diego Regional Chamber Members a credit of one-half (½) of their annual Membership dues for the first year the company makes Aflac benefits available to their employees. The following conditions must be met:

- Member companies must be active members of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce with up to date dues and not currently with Aflac.

- Member companies must have at least three (3) employees.

- Member companies must allow Aflac to present the program to ALL their employees via group or 1-on-1 presentation.

- Member companies must have at least three (3) Aflac policies written (1, 2, or 3 people can enroll) after the meeting.

- The credit of one-half (½) of Chamber Membership dues is a one-time offer by Aflac and will be paid by Aflac to the Chamber and is based on membership dues levels of up to the $1,500 (Ruby level) = up to a maximum of $750.

- Chamber Membership dues credit will be paid by Aflac to the Chamber once their 1st month’s Aflac invoice has been paid in full. Steve Heroux and Mark Bialock of Aflac will handle the payments.

- For companies with 100 or more employees, incentives may be higher than $1,500.

Member companies that refer Aflac to another company (chamber or non-chamber member) will receive a credit for the other one-half (½) of their chamber membership dues as well. The referral must agree to offer Aflac and become an Aflac client under the same guidelines stated above, including having three (3) or more policies written and paying their first month’s Aflac invoice. |
