For the best monitor position:
Center your monitor directly in front of you having the top of the monitor slightly lower than your eye level.
For the best keyboard position:
Position the keyboard platform above your lap with your palms resting close to your waist, so that your upper arms hang close to your body. Have your fingers, hands, and wrists form a straight line, while stroking the keys.
For the best mouse position:
Keep your upper arm relaxed and hanging close to your body with your elbow and forearm in an angle greater than 90 degrees. Use your entire arm and not just your wrist when moving your mouse. |
