- Provider must have a substantial sales and service presence in California
- The company providing the benefit must be a member of the Chamber
- Prospective providers must provide quarterly reports to Benefits Corporation of the Chamber member companies taking advantage of the special offering
- Benefit providers should offer a marketing budget and long-term commitment to the partnership. Benefits Corporation and the provider will jointly design marketing materials and campaigns
- The provider pays Benefits Corporation an override on program sales - a percentage of new and renewal business
- Benefits Corporation and the Chamber will not get involved in selling the product or service. They will offer the program to Chamber members and refer all questions to the provider
